How we solved it

The basis for the CV generator in SharePoint is the data on the employees' skill sets. Therefore, a separate dossier was initially created for each employee with the help of skybow dossiers. Each employee can fill and maintain this independently using SharePoint Forms.

These were created with the skybow Forms Designer and configured according to the needs. Thanks to various mandatory fields and conditional formatting, errors can be avoided. In addition, the updating of the information works quickly, easily and can be done anytime and anywhere with the CV generator in SharePoint.

To ensure that this is always up to date, employees are automatically reminded at regular intervals to update their profile via a Microsoft Teams message.
